Psychotherapy and Clinical Social Work: Dana P. Contino LMSW
Working through the obstacles of depression, grief, anxiety and trauma takes time, patience, and commitment. The healing process in general is a journey complete with its own challenges to overcome and successes to achieve. Taking this path alone is never easy nor is it recommended.
Social worker, Dana Contino, LMSW uses an eclectic approach to therapy including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, gestalt, E.M.D.R. and Jungian methods and theory. He treats each of his patients under the notion that all problems are as unique as the individuals who present them but that success may be experienced by all.
