He offers a multitude of treatment methods that help with the relief of pain. His goal is to eliminate pain, maximize function and ultimately improve the quality of life for his patients.

Diagnostics:
Dr. Pappas performs Electrodiagnostic studies including electromyography (EMG) and Nerve conduction Velocity Studies (NCV’s). These studies are useful in diagnosing neurological conditions and assessing for nerve damage.
Biography:
Dr. Michael Pappas completed his training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Columbia/Cornell- NY Presbyterian Medical Center. He served as chief resident in his final year of residency. Dr. Pappas is a graduate of the NY College of Osteopathic Medicine. Currently, he is a clinical instructor in the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mt. Sinai Medical Center where he runs the Musculoskeletal clinic and teaches residents and medical students. He is also on staff at multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout Long Island.
