MJL Strength and Conditioning is pleased to announce available services and programs to help you or a loved one achieve your health and fitness goals.

• Sports Performance
• One on One Personal Training for all age groups
• Body Composition (addresses weight loss, weight gain)
• Strength and Conditioning programs for high school and college athletes

MJL Strength and Conditioning also offers private (one on one) or semi-private (2-4 people) yoga sessions.

Achieve Your Health & Fitness Goals in a Safe and Comfortable Workout Space

Located in Suite 201 and 301 at the Northport Wellness Center in Northport, MJL Strength and Conditioning provides a comfortable, welcoming, workout space and the tools needed to help you look and feel STRONGER.

MJL Strength and Conditioning trainers, Michael Anderson BS , CPT, BS Nutrition, AS Food and Nutrition; Kristin Panettieri CPT; and Janice DeAngelis Yoga 500 HR YET, will instruct you on how to use your own body weight, barbells, dumbbells, and kettle bells so that you can take an active part in your fitness education and achievements.

MJL Strength and Conditioning's Personal Training program can lead to better mobility, balanced body composition, improved posture and an overall feeling of enhanced health!
