Movement involves traditional stretching techniques for improved muscle agility, flexibility, and strength, while Thai massage incorporates yogic stretching for stress relief and spinal elongation. Meditation techniques utilize music therapy, Reiki, energy work, and natural remedies for cell regeneration and rejuvenation.
Nancy brings healing and relaxing benefits of medical massage therapy to her clients at the Northport Wellness Center, as well as in the comfort of their home.During her fifteen years of training and experience in the health and wellness field, Nancy has traveled the globe searching for ways to enhance her practice. She has been fortunate enough to travel to what she deems some of the oldest, most healing, spiritual, and sacred places in the world. Nancy is licensed, registered, certified and insured by New York State.
