Biography

Northport Wellness Center Alliance Member and Pelvic Floor Therapist, Rachelle Bojer, MSPT has a passion for helping women of all ages. She utilizes a holistic approach to treating a variety of conditions, helping her patients achieve healing and recovery from numerous conditions.

Rachelle specializes in Pelvic Floor Therapy. She developed Powerful Pushing, a program that helps women during pregnancy prepare for birth, and CoreConnection, a program that helps women heal from birth.  Rachelle helps women holistically manage the transition into menopause. She is working diligently to normalize the need for pelvic floor therapy as standard of care for women of all ages. 

Rachelle's holistic approach to treatment also includes the practice of Pranic Healing, a form of energy work that helps individuals improve with natural support and guidance.  She loves working collaboratively with colleagues to get the best outcomes for her clients.  

Rachelle graduated from SUNY Stony Brook and New York’s Mercy College in 2001 with a master of science in physical therapy and health science. Prior to founding Lotus Physical Therapy in 2012, Rachelle spent eight years as the director of physical therapy for Orthopaedic Associates of Manhasset, a large medical practice in Great Neck, New York. She practiced early intervention for children 0-3 years, and sports orthopedics at a private facility in NYC.
